Virtual Event - Thursday, February 23, 2023

All courses will be held on Zoom, with links to the Zoom room being sent the week of the event. Attendees will receive a recording of the virtual courses within a week after the event, with 30 days of unlimited access. Continuing education course credits available for live webinar attendance or on-demand learning.

New Venue!

We’re excited to partner with the Eagan Community Center in Eagan, MN to host our event this year. Address: 1501 Central Pkwy, Eagan, MN 55121. Ample free parking is available directly in front of the building. Upon entering the building, take the elevator or stairs to the lower level for all Symposium courses.

Similar to past in-person Symposia, a light breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack will be provided! We’ll have vendors  present for participants to learn about new resources at breaks and lunch, and have plenty of time for networking!  

Hotel Accommodations

We are partnering with the Country Inn and Suites at the Mall of America for the event. Phone number: 952-854-5555.

Hotel reservations must be made by each individual attendee by January 23, 2023 to receive the discount group rate of $139 per night. Please contact the hotel directly for reservations or any changes or cancellations in your reservation. Click here to make your hotel reservations.

Two restaurants are attached to the hotel, TGI Fridays and IHOP, along with two pools and two hot tubs. A short walk through the parking lot takes you to a skyway to the Mall of America (MOA); shuttle service to the MOA also available for those with mobility issues and can be arranged at the front desk. Complimentary breakfast is available at the hotel each morning. Ample self-parking and complimentary internet Wi-Fi is included.

There is a free shuttle to/from the Country Inn & Suites to the Eagan Community Center and to/from the airport. Sign-up for the shuttle to the Eagan Community Center at the front desk of the hotel. To access the free shuttle from the airport, call the hotel to arrange for pick-up upon your arrival.

All of the virtual courses have a recording available for on-demand learning. With that, you can take all 3 courses! Bundle to Save by purchasing all 3 courses, and save $100 off the total course tuition! When registering, choose the "3 Course Virtual Bundle" which registers you for all 3 courses and is priced at $485 reflecting your $100 savings. Offer is not valid with the group discount, but CAN be accessed with the early bird discount.

Full In-Person Attendance Bonus

Sign up for all 3 days of in-person learning and get a FREE virtual course! Remember all virtual courses will have a recording available, so if you can't attend the live webinars Thursday, February 23rd, recordings will be released within a week of the event and you can view the course for 30 days. At checkout, in the section that says "Anything we need to know?" list the virtual course you would like to have as your bonus course.
