Become an Exhibitor at the 2021 IE Symposium!

Exhibitor Details:

  • Each exhibitor will have a virtual booth with organization's logo, website, description of services, and virtual meeting rooms.

  • During the course sessions, each exhibitor's logo will be displayed in a scrolling list of exhibitors.

 

Additional Opportunities:

  • Donation of Daily Raffle Item(s) 

Each day we offer a daily raffle for our attendees. You would be provided a list of attendee names who have entered the raffle following the Symposium to add to your mailing list.

  • Live Demonstration or Information Session 

During the scheduled breaks, exhibitor can choose to do a live demonstration or information session that is scheduled for 10 minutes. Scheduled will be determined and communicated by February 1st and will be scheduled by Integrative Education.

Symposium Exhibitor Hours:

Registration for attendees is from 7:30 am – 8:30 am CST.  We ask that each exhibitor be available starting at 8 am but are welcome to be available at 7:30 am CST.

We request at least one representative from your organization is available each day during these break times:

10:00 am – 10:30 am CST

12:00 pm – 1:00 pm CST

2:30 pm – 3:00 pm CST

The course sessions end at 4:30 pm CST.  Exhibitors have the option to be available at 4:30 pm CST. 

Virtual Event Platform: The FLOOR

Each exhibitor will have a virtual booth with virtual meeting rooms where up to 8 attendees can interact with your organization’s representative via video chat, and others may enter a waiting room to wait to speak when full. A welcome video can be loaded on your booth to show attendees while they wait. Your organization will have the ability to have one virtual meeting room per organization representative with as many virtual rooms as you request. 

On the FLOOR, all virtual booths will be accessible when attendees click on the “Booth” icon (listed on the left side of the picture below). Once in the Booth area, all virtual booths will be listed with the organization’s name and logo. Attendees can click on the virtual booth to enter which brings them to your organization’s virtual booth.

 

Guestbook – Attendees can leave a public or private message for the exhibitor or drop their business card here.

Handouts – If you have any materials you would like loaded on your virtual booth for attendees to download, it can be loaded here.

Rooms – This is your virtual room to meet with attendees via video chat. 8 attendees can be in the virtual room at once.

 

Wait List – When the virtual room is full, attendees can add their name to the wait list and be allowed into the room once a space opens. You can choose to have a welcome video uploaded for attendees to view while they wait.

Set Up:

Each Exhibitor should have an authorized representative present at the booth throughout the exhibit period. Integrative Education will setup your virtual booth in the FLOOR and you will be able to review and update the information.  A time will be setup approximately one week from the event for a dry run, where your representatives can log into the FLOOR along with Integrative Education and FLOOR representatives to familiarize yourself with the features of the platform and make any modifications to the virtual booth at that time.

Prior to the event, you will be provided with a link to access the FLOOR for the dry run and the same link will allow access for the Symposium.

Cost:

$200 per exhibitor includes the virtual booth and scrolling logo during the course sessions.  There is no additional cost to participate in the daily raffle or provide a live demonstration.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made by February 1, 2021 will receive a 50% refund

Cancellations made February 2, 2021 or later are non-refundable

 

Sign Up & Payment Information:

Click here to access a Google Form with all necessary information to sign up to be an exhibitor.  Integrative Education will email an invoice for exhibitor opportunities upon receipt of the Google Form. Opportunities are limited, an Exhibitor is not guaranteed participation until confirmed by Integrative Education and payment is received. Payment is due in full by check at the time of reservation.
