Become an Exhibitor at the 2023 IE Symposium!
Sponsor - Virtual Opportunity

We are looking for 3 sponsors for our virtual Symposium courses to be held on Thursday, February 23, 2023! You will be highlighted by the course moderator at the beginning and end of the course, have the opportunity to be available during the lunch hour (11:15 am CST to 12:15 pm CST)  to meet with attendees in a breakout room, and your organization will be highlighted on our social media platforms.

Cost: $100

Exhibitor - In-Person Opportunity

Symposium Exhibitor Hours:

Registration for participants is from 7:00 am – 8:00 am CST. The exhibitor may choose to be available starting at 7:00 am each morning.

We request at least one representative from your organization is available each day during these break times:

 

9:30  am – 10:00 am CST

 

11:30 am – 12:30 pm CST

 

2:00 pm – 2:30 pm CST

 

The course sessions end at 4:00 pm CST. Exhibitors have the option to be available from 4:00 pm - 4:30 pm CST.

 

Cost: $300

  • One 8’ skirted table and chair to greet attendees and display your corporate materials for each day of the IE Symposium.  

  • Breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages included for one exhibitor for each day; additional exhibitors not attending a course are $75 for the entire event.

  • Your organization will be highlighted on our social media platforms.

Set Up:

The facility will be available for set-up from 7:00 am to 8:00 am on Friday, February 24th and your display must be taken down each night. Display materials may be stored overnight in a locked room on Friday and Saturday nights. Sunday, February 26th between 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm all booths must be taken down. Each Exhibitor should have an authorized representative present at the booth throughout the exhibit period and the setup and dismantling times noted above. No solicitation, interviews, or distribution of literature may be conducted outside of the confines of the Exhibitor’s individual table top area. 

Additional Opportunities

Donation of Daily Raffle Item(s):

We offer a daily raffle for our participants. Raffle items are announced after the afternoon break each day of the Symposium and exhibitors are highlighted on our social media platforms. The deadline to include raffle items is Friday, February 3rd,  2023.  Following the daily raffle, exhibitors will be notified of the recipient’s name and will be responsible for sending raffle items to the recipient. You will also receive a list of attendee names and emails of those that entered the raffle for your item. If sending items to be on display at the in-person event, please send to Integrative Education by Friday, February 10th, 2023.

Shared Literature Table: $100

Two pieces of literature to be displayed on a shared table during the event.

In-Person Exhibitor Course Attendance:

As an exhibitor at the in-person event, you have the opportunity to attend courses at a discount rate. For 1-day courses, you may attend for $50 per day to receive CEU credits if course requirements are met. For 2-day courses, you may attend for $100 to receive CEU credits if course requirements are met. If the course has an associated lab fee, you will be responsible for payment for the lab materials; Course I has a required lab fee of $21. 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made by February 3, 2023 will receive a 50% refund.

 

Cancellations made February 4, 2023 or later are non-refundable.

 

Please confirm your attendance and availability of a representative to be present during break times for the event by February 3, 2023.

Sign Up & Payment Information:

Click here to access a Google Form with all necessary information to sign up to be an exhibitor. Integrative Education will email an invoice for exhibitor opportunities upon receipt of the Google Form. Opportunities are limited, and Exhibitors are not guaranteed participation until confirmed by Integrative Education and payment is received. Payment is due in full at the time of reservation. After confirmation that your Google Form is completed, platform access information will be sent via email.
