How do I register for the Symposium?

Registration is online. You can click here to register.

Can I pay with a purchase order or check? If so, what is the process?

Yes, we do accept purchase orders and checks, although our preference is online registration. The person registering you should complete the paper registration form available here and email it to requesting to pay by check or purchase order. An invoice will be generated and emailed to you to be paid. Payment should be mailed to: Integrative Education P.O. Box 270617 Golden Valley, MN, 55427.

Can I switch classes at the Symposium?

Yes, you can. Email us at to request a session change. If the course is the same price, then the registration can be changed to your requested course session. If the new course you are registering for is more expensive, an invoice will be sent for you to pay the remaining balance of the course. If the course is less expensive than the one you registered for, a refund in that amount will be issued.

When is the last day to register?

Regular event pricing ends on Saturday February 20th, 2021. After this date, an additional $25 late fee will be charged along with your tuition. The last day to register will be Wednesday, February 24th, 2021.


I can no longer attend.  Can I get a refund?

All cancellations must be in writing, received one week prior to the Symposium. Refunds will not be granted after that date. Eligible refunds will be issued (less a $50 processing fee) following within 30 days. No refunds will be granted without written cancellation. Email us at


Will there be a recording of the Symposium sessions?

Yes! Each course will be recorded and released within a week of the event. Access to the recording is included in each course registration.

How long can I view the recording?

You will have 2 weeks to view the recording following its release date.

How do I access the recording?

Following the event, you will be emailed a link to log into our Thinkific online platform that houses the recordings. You will have unlimited access to Thinkific for watching the recordings at your leisure during the 2-week time period.

I lost my login information for Thinkific, can you help?

Yes! Email us at and we can resend a link to access your account.

My password for Thinkific doesn’t work, can you help?

Yes! Email us at and we can reset your password for you.

What if I have a family emergency or problem that prevents me from viewing the recording within 2 weeks?

Email us at and we will determine a plan for additional viewing access on a case-by-case basis.

Symposium Schedule

When can I log into the event?

Registration is from 7:30 am – 8:30 am each day. We encourage people to log in early to setup their profile in the FLOOR. Each person will be required to create profile on the FLOOR when they log in for the event. You will add your name, title, and organization. There is the option to load a picture of yourself as well, which is encouraged but not required.

What time do classes start & end?

Sessions start at 8:30 am CST and end at 4:30 pm CST.

When are the breaks?

Each day breaks will be at: 10:00 am – 10:30 am CST 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm CST 2:30 pm – 3:00 pm CST

What can I do during a break?

Stretch your legs! Grab a snack! Refill your water bottle! Go to the bathroom! On the FLOOR, you can network with other professionals in the Lounge or you can visit exhibitors at the virtual booths.

Virtual Platform

How will I gain access to the virtual platform, the FLOOR?

Prior to the event, you will be emailed a link to be able to log into the FLOOR the day of the event.

Can I log in to the FLOOR prior to the event?

Yes! You will be able to preview the FLOOR setup to familiarize yourself with where aspects of the event are located. You will not be able to grab a seat in the lounge or log into virtual exhibitor booths – those are only live during the event.

Do I need to set up anything in the FLOOR to use it?

Yes. On the first day of Symposium attendance, when you log onto the FLOOR, it will ask you to update your profile. You will input your name, title, and organization. There is the option to load picture of yourself as well, which is encouraged but not required. You will not be able to set up your profile prior to the event, so we recommend logging into the FLOOR by at least 8:15 am; registration/login to the FLOOR is available starting at 7:30 am CST.

What will the event look like?

Here is a visual of where you can go on the FLOOR. STAGE: All sessions will take place on the stage. You will have access to the sessions that you registered for. BOOTH (or Exhibit Hall): Attendees can opt into the booth area, which is our virtual exhibit hall, and connect to learn what's new from our exhibitors. LOUNGE: Attendees can grab a seat at a table in the lounge to video chat with three other friends or colleagues who enter the lounge. Gather a group of five or more people to take advantage of an additional $10 off each course AND have a table reserved in the lounge with your company or group name! Email us at with your group member's names to receive a coupon code to use when registering. VIP LOUNGE: The VIP Lounge is reserved for our amazing speakers to connect.

How do I network with other professionals at the Symposium?

You have two options to network with other professionals: The Lounge On the left side tool bar, you will click on Lounge. Once in the lounge you will see tables set up with organization logos, themed tables (i.e., trauma informed practitioners) to find like minded professionals, or those that signed up as a group will have a designated table. You can click on “Grab Seat” which will load a video chat screen with the 4 available seats. Each table allows for 4 people to do a video chat. The lounge will be open and available during breaks. The Chat Feature You will be able to see the names of other attendees and can send them a private chat message. This will allow you to plan to meet them in the Lounge for a video chat, say hi, or chat via messages.

How do I visit exhibitor booths?

On the left tool bar, you will click on Booths. This takes you to our virtual exhibit hall where you will see each exhibitor listed with their organization name and logo. You have the option to click on Enter or View Profile for additional information about the organization. If you click on Enter, it will take you to the virtual booth for that vendor (see below).

In each Booth you can see the navigation bar on the right side.

Guestbook – Attendees can leave a public or private message for the exhibitor or drop their business card here.

Handouts – If the exhibitor has an information they are sharing with attendees, it will be accessible here.

Rooms – This is a virtual meeting room to meet with the exhibitor via video chat. 8 attendees can be in the virtual room at once.

Wait List – When the virtual room is filled, attendees can add their names to the wait list and be allowed into the room once a space opens.

I am having difficulty using the FLOOR. How do I get help?

Visit the Help Desk and message anyone of the people listed there. They are ready to help!

What device should I use to access the FLOOR?

For the best experience, it is recommended that you use a laptop or desktop computer. You may also access the FLOOR from a tablet or smartphone. It is recommended that you use Google Chrome for the best experience.

Course Handouts

Will there be course handouts available?

Yes! Each course will have handouts that will be emailed to you prior to the event. Handouts also will be loaded in the FLOOR platform that you can download the day of the event.


Are CEUs available for live course attendance?


Occupational Therapists

Integrative Education is an AOTA Approved Provider, number 11607, for Distance Learning - Interactive, Distance Learning - Independent Self-Study, and Blended/Hybrid courses that include both interactive and independent study aspects. The assignment of AOTA CEUs does not imply endorsement of specific course content, products, or clinical procedures by AOTA or indicate AOTA approval of a certification of other professional recognition. ​

Within one week of the course, the attendee will be emailed a certificate of attendance following confirmation of attendance and completion of the self-evaluation.

Physical Therapists

The American Physical Therapy Association does not approve continuing education providers or courses. Continuing education requirements are regulated by state boards of physical therapy. Please check with you state licensing board for requirements for approved credits.

Social Workers

Approval is pending for MN social work approved provider status.

Speech-Language Pathologists

Integrative Education is not an ASHA approved provider. However, ASHA-certified therapists may receive contact hours for attendance at non-approved courses that qualify as professional development following submission of course(s) on a "Certification Maintenance Compliance Form". A certificate of CE attendance will be provided by Integrative Education as record of attendance and hours in the event of an audit. Refer to these websites for additional information:

I am unable to attend live.  Can I still receive CEUs for viewing the Symposium course recordings?

Yes! Each course will have a post-course quiz that you will need to take and have a passing score of 80% of higher. Once the course if viewed in its entirety and quiz completed, you will be issued a certificate of completion for your records.

How do I sign up to become an exhibitor?

You can click here to complete a Google Form with the Exhibitor Agreement and a representative from Integrative Education will email you confirmation of participation.
