Course Description

In this follow up course, learning will focus on how to help a wide variety of clients to understand the body signals they are noticing, and to regulate these body signals with actions individualized to their unique inner experience. Some of the latest interoception science will be reviewed, compared and contrasted to what we are learning from lived experience. Additionally, a 3-part approach to nurturing interoceptive awareness will be shared (Body, Emotion, Action), including a focus on several practical strategies for the latter 2 parts: Emotion—or connecting body signals to the meaning and Action—or using feel-good actions to regulate body signals.
