Integrative Education Policies

Cancellation Policy

Live Courses:

Please stay home if you or your kids are sick, as we want to promote a safe event for all. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event related to illness will be allowed to move their registration to one of our online offerings or upcoming events (click here for options) or roll the registration over to the 2023 IE Symposium for credit of the full amount paid.  Requested changes to registration by emailing us at education@integrativeot.org or calling 651-336-8911.  Weather related and travel delay refund requests will not be honored.

If you can no longer attend and it is one-week prior to the IE Symposium (February 17th, 2022 or sooner), a refund request can be made in writing.  Full refunds will not be granted after that date.  Refunds will be issued (less a $50 processing fee) within 30 days of the request.  No refunds will be granted without written cancellation.  Email us at education@integrativeot.org.
