Rhoda Erhardt, MS, OTR/L, FAOTA

Mrs. Rhoda P. Erhardt, MS, OTR/L, FAOTA, received her B.S. in occupational therapy from the University of Illinois, and her M.S. in child development and family relations from North Dakota State University. She was trained in pediatric Neuro-Developmental Treatment of cerebral palsy (NDT) in London, England. The former director of the Easter Seal Mobile Therapy Unit in Fargo, North Dakota, she has been in private practice since 1978, and is currently in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, providing evaluation and consultation services to a variety of health agencies, educational systems, and national corporations, as well as presenting throughout the world. In 1989, she founded Erhardt Developmental Products, a company that produces and distributes a variety of pediatric resources. Her publications include books, chapters, journal articles, assessments, and DVDs on topics such as normal and atypical development of hand function, hand preference, handwriting, eye-hand coordination, feeding, vision, and visual-perceptual-motor function in children with cerebral palsy and learning disorders.

Dr. Carol Penn, DO, MA, ABOM, FACOFP

Dr. Penn, best selling author, global speaker, is the Founder and Chief Visionary Officer
of Penn Global Visions LLC and Penn Global Medical Group LLC. Dr. Penn is currently
a member of the Medical staff of Centrastate Healtcare System in Freehold, NJ. She is
a former Director of Service Integration with Ocean Health Initiatives, a Federally
Qualified Health Center based in Monmouth and Ocean Counties and formally the
Acting Medical Director for Quality Community Health Care, a Federally Qualified Health
Center in Philadelphia, Dr. Penn has been recognized for her academic excellence by

the Blind and Visually Impaired. Dr. Penn received her BS in Dance Education and MA

at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC. While in DC she
formed her company Pennvisions and The New Visions Dance Theater. She won
numerous awards for her choreography, became tenured faculty in the DC Public

Dr. Penn is co-founder and director of The Core of Fire, an interfaith women's dance

Dr. Farah is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, American Board of Integrative Medicine and is a Diplomate of the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine.  She is a CranioSacral therapist, holds Certification from the Whole Health Medical Institute, and Professional Certification in HeartMath.  Dr. Farah has practiced Family Medicine in Western Wisconsin for over 30 years, currently providing Integrative and Holistic Medicine at Western Wisconsin Health, Roberts, WI.  From 2007-2018, Dr. Farah worked at the Integrative and Holistic Medicine clinic at the Mayo Clinic Health Systems, Red Cedar, Glenwood City, WI.  Starting in 2003 and continuing through the present, Dr. Farah is a consultant in Integrative Medicine at Children's MN, Minneapolis, Pain Palliative Care and Integrative Medicine.  As a Senior Faculty at the Center for Mind Body Medicine (www.cmbm.org) she has participated in the US and Global Trauma Relief, is the Clinical Lead for Native Programs, and the Clinical Lead VISN 8 (Veterans Administration) combining her training with the curriculum with Whole Health Coaching.  She has extensive experience in trauma based strategies in a variety of populations particularly post disaster such as hurricanes, floods, historical trauma, and school shootings.
